We thought Daniel would never get married. He was basically a professional student, he loved his career, and was the ultimate bachelor. But sure enough someone stole his heart and her name is Emily. Who he actually hired at the company he works for - I'd say that was a smart hire ;)
Daniel told Mom that Emily was the girl he was going to marry just months into their relationship. We soon realized he was serious and this IS the girl he was going to marry. We didn't officially meet Emily until they got engaged but once we did, WOW, she totally clicked with our family, like we've known her for years. I couldn't have picked a better person for Daniel to spend his life with.
Fun fact: Emily and I were born exactly one week apart.
